Results Home Services is a family-owned pest control and carpet cleaning company with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Many of our clients are still using us since we opened our door for business in 1989! Customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for a new sales/admin person to join our team!

The Role:

Your top priority is to see our clients have a great experience with us, from making the booking to delivering the service and beyond. Your primary responsibilities will be managing our existing client base; this involves responding to client enquiries and reaching out to our client base to remind them when their next service with us is due.

 

You will also be responsible for managing our technicians' day by scheduling their appointments. This role also requires some light administrative work like invoicing, processing payments and performing quality checks on our termite reports and quotes.

You'll be joining us at a very exciting time as we are implementing a new software package that includes a whole host of features that will save on admin time, and rather than diminish your hours, we'd love to see this spare time spent on digital marketing like blogs and our social media channels.

The Person:
We're looking for someone with previous  sales and administration experience. In addition, we're seeking someone with a sales mindset and a friendly and approachable phone manner. A background in pest management is advantageous but not essential.

The successful applicant will be creative, energetic, have a positive attitude and enjoy working with motivated staff. To be successful in this role, you must be tech-savvy and relish the opportunity to try new technologies.

As you will be part of a team testing a new client management system, we are looking for someone who can offer positive input & feedback for future updates. So naturally, total product and systems training will be provided, with ongoing training and support.
